Move support tickets
The admin staff can move the tickets from one department to another. This would be needed if a ticket was raised incorrectly for the wrong department. Or if the ticket has to be moved to a different department, during the course of supporting the ticket.
Change ownership of tickets
The ticket can be assigned to another staff easily when replying to the ticket. This would be needed if the ticket has to be moved to a more experienced support person or technical person. The ticket can be assigned multiple times as needed.
